Formula 1 News: Verstappen wins pole for 2026 Singapore GP

Max Verstappen claimed pole position for the 2026 Singapore Grand Prix at Marina Bay Street Circuit with a lap time of 1m31.373s, edging Charles Leclerc by 0.054 seconds in the final minutes of Q3. Lewis Hamilton, who had been fastest in both Q1 and Q2, finished third on the grid. It was Verstappen's second pole of the weekend, having also taken pole for the Sprint, which he won earlier in rain-affected conditions.
