Formula 1 Reroutes the 2026 Bahrain Grand Prix to Malaysia's Historic Sepang Circuit

Formula 1 and the FIA have confirmed that the 2026 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix will be held at Malaysia's Sepang International Circuit instead of its traditional Bahrain venue. The race is scheduled for October 2-4, 2026, slotting into the calendar between the Azerbaijan and Singapore rounds. The relocation saves the Bahrain Grand Prix from being dropped from the 2026 season calendar entirely.
