Formula 1 returns to Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia for the 2026 Bahrain Grand Prix on 30 September 2026, with the Audi Revolut F1 Team among the competitors. The race was relocated from Bahrain after ongoing regional unrest forced the cancellation of both the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Grands Prix earlier in the season, with a deal struck between Formula 1 and the governments of Bahrain and Malaysia to host the event at Sepang. This marks the first time in 20 years that one country has hosted another country's Formula 1 Grand Prix.
