Formula 1's Bahrain Grand Prix rescheduled to take place in Malaysia in October
Formula 1 announced that the Bahrain Grand Prix has been rescheduled to take place at Malaysia's Sepang circuit on October 4, marking the sport's return to Malaysia for the first time in nine years. The race will be slotted between the Azerbaijan and Singapore Grands Prix, subject to approval from the FIA's world motor sport council. F1 president and CEO Stefano Domenicali welcomed the move, calling Malaysia an incredible country and praising Sepang as a venue with special significance in Formula 1 history.
