Francisco Cerundolo roars back from brink to stun home hope Taylor Fritz at US Open

Argentine tennis player Francisco Cerundolo defeated American No. 9 seed Taylor Fritz in a dramatic five-set comeback at the US Open third round, winning 3-6, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 6-4. Fritz had led two sets to love and even had three break points for a chance to serve out the match, but lost control after one unfocused service game. Cerundolo then dominated the final three sets to eliminate the home favourite inside Arthur Ashe Stadium.
