Frederic Tranchand and Judith Wyder tame the trails in Slovenia

Frenchman Frederic Tranchand and Swiss Judith Wyder claimed gold in the trail running events on day two of the European Off-Road Running Championships (EORRC) held in Kamnik, Slovenia. The race covered a grueling 52km course with 2,600m of climb, with 104 men and 90 women competing. Tranchand broke away from Italy's Daniel Pattis on the final long climb to secure victory, while both France and Switzerland also took team gold titles.
