From Classroom to Formula 1

Jacksonville University mechanical engineering student Stephen Coleman secured a summer internship with Cadillac's new Formula 1 team after sending over 500 cold emails to motorsport professionals. The internship follows a previous stint with Alpha Prime Racing in NASCAR's Xfinity Series. Coleman has also founded a Formula SAE program at Jacksonville University, crediting hands-on learning and faculty mentorship for his success.
