Gauthier breaks tie late in 3rd, Ducks edge Oilers in Game 2 to even West 1st Round
Cutter Gauthier scored his first two Stanley Cup Playoff goals, including the go-ahead goal at 15:08 of the third period, to lead the Anaheim Ducks to a 6-4 victory over the Edmonton Oilers in Game 2 of the Western Conference First Round at Rogers Place on Wednesday. Ryan Poehling added an empty-net goal and also scored twice, while Alex Killorn contributed a goal and two assists, and Lukas Dostal made 33 saves for his first career playoff win. The win evens the series at 1-1, with Leon Draisaitl recording a goal and an assist for Edmonton.
