GB’s Harriet Dart wins maiden WTA title at 30 with Guangzhou Open triumph

Britain's Harriet Dart, 30, won her first WTA title at the Guangzhou Open in China, defeating 18-year-old Austrian fourth seed Lilli Tagger 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 in the final. Dart, competing as a qualifier in her first ever tour-level final, came from a set down to claim the victory. She had previously saved three match points in her semi-final win over Sun Xinran to reach the final.
