Giro d'Italia 2026: Jonas Vingegaard takes pink jersey with stage 14 victory

Denmark's Jonas Vingegaard claimed the overall leader's pink jersey at the 2026 Giro d'Italia by winning stage 14, a mountainous 133km route finishing in Pila. It was his third stage victory of this year's edition, secured with a late attack on the final climb of 16.6km. The two-time Tour de France winner is now bidding to complete the Grand Tour triple crown.
