Gordon and Desir win 100m at Welsh Athletics Championships

Sam Gordon, 31, won the men's 100m gold at the Welsh Athletics Championships in Leckwith, Cardiff, with a time of 10.40 seconds. Eighteen-year-old Nell Desir claimed the women's 100m gold in 11.53 seconds. Poppy Elton also took gold in the women's 1500m with a time of 4 minutes 24 seconds, finishing six seconds ahead of runner-up Lilly Grace Oakenfull.
