Great Britain skip European Championships road races, only fielding riders for time trials

Great Britain has decided to skip the European Championships road races, choosing instead to send only three riders to compete in the time trials. Notably, Worlds runner-up Zoe Bäckstedt will not be among the three riders selected for the time trials.
