Guardians acquire Blake Perkins and Craig Yoho from Brewers for Bo Naylor and Codi Heuer

The Cleveland Guardians acquired outfielder Blake Perkins and pitcher Craig Yoho from the Milwaukee Brewers in exchange for catcher Bo Naylor and pitcher Codi Heuer. The trade was completed on August 1, 2026, with Naylor and Heuer assigned to the Brewers' 40-man roster and sent to Triple-A Nashville. The Guardians had not yet announced where Perkins and Yoho would report.
