Haas offers Formula 1 test to McLaren junior Fornaroli

Haas has offered McLaren junior driver Leonardo Fornaroli a two-day Formula 1 test at the Jerez circuit, set to begin on June 17, 2026. Fornaroli, who won back-to-back Formula 3 and Formula 2 championships, currently has no race seat as McLaren's F1 lineup of Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri remains contracted for next year. Haas reserve driver Ryo Hirakawa will also participate in the test, which is part of Haas's junior testing programme run in conjunction with technical partner Toyota.
