He currently has eight wins at the circuit, equalling Michael Schumacher's record of victories at Magny-Cours, and a ninth would match his personal benchmark of most wins at a single circuit, which he set with nine victories at Silverstone. Hamilton's Hungary victories include wins in 2007, 2009, and 2012 during his McLaren years, and he has also accumulated seven wins each at Barcelona and Montreal.
