Hannah Brier: Wales' fastest woman adds longstanding 200m record to 100m best

Hannah Brier, a 28-year-old Swansea Harrier, broke Wales' 44-year-old 200m record at the Stratford Speed Grand Prix in London, clocking 22.79 seconds to surpass Michelle Scutt's mark of 22.80 set in Antrim in June 1982. The achievement makes Brier the holder of both the Welsh 100m record (11.26 seconds) and the 200m record. She has now firmly established herself as the fastest Welsh woman of all time across both sprint distances.
