Healthy Dubois 'wants to make some noise' with Capitals after injury-plagued season
Washington Capitals center Pierre-Luc Dubois, 28, is entering the new season healthy after being limited to just 29 games last season due to abdominal and adductor muscle injuries that required surgery. In his first full season with Washington in 2024-25, he recorded 66 points (20 goals, 46 assists) with a career-best plus-27 rating, helping the Capitals finish first in the Eastern Conference with 111 points. Dubois, who was acquired from the Los Angeles Kings on June 19, 2024, impressed coaches at training camp and says he is motivated to make an impact this season.
