High court allows rugby brain injury case to go on
The High Court has ruled that the concussion legal battle involving hundreds of rugby players can continue, after a judge considered whether to dismiss the cases due to non-compliance with a document order related to neurological testing. Senior Master Jeremy David Cook issued the ruling, allowing the multi-million-pound case to proceed. The legal action against rugby's authorities has been ongoing since 2020, now stretching over six years.
