Hockley Boxing Club youngster is crowned European champion

Hockley Boxing Club's Albe Dowell, aged 17, has been crowned Under 19 European Champion in boxing. Dowell stopped his first three opponents before defeating a Russian competitor on points in the final. The achievement was reported by Southend Echo's chief sports reporter Chris Phillips.
