Hodgkinson withdraws from 800m showdown at Zurich Diamond League

British 800m runner Keely Hodgkinson, 24, has withdrawn from the Zurich Diamond League meeting, citing her body not being ready to race following the European Championships. She had been scheduled to face Swiss runner Audrey Werro, who beat her to European gold, and British compatriot Georgia Hunter Bell. World champion Lilian Odira also pulled out of the same race on Monday, citing medical advice.
