Hoglander traded to Predators by Canucks for draft pick
The Vancouver Canucks traded 25-year-old forward Nils Hoglander to the Nashville Predators on Monday in exchange for a third-round pick in the 2029 NHL Draft. Hoglander, who has two seasons remaining on a three-year, $9 million contract, posted five points in 38 games this season after missing time due to lower-body surgery. Over his NHL career, he has recorded 120 points in 331 regular-season games, with career highs of 24 goals and 36 points coming in the 2023-24 season.
