Horse racing event and hunt raise £2,200 for Yorkshire Air Ambulance
Bedale Point-to-Point and the Bedale Hunt have donated £2,200 to Yorkshire Air Ambulance, a charity-funded emergency service covering three million acres and nearly five million people in the region. The funds were raised through collections at the Bedale Point-to-Point horse racing event and through the Hunt's Tumblers' Club. Richard Barker, Chair of the Bedale Point-to-Point Committee, highlighted the service's importance to rural communities, including those involved in horse riding, trail hunting, and farming.
