How an 'absolute fluke' exposed sandpapergate scandal

The sandpapergate scandal, in which Australian cricketers were caught tampering with the ball, was exposed by a team of South African camera operators who captured the incident as it happened. The discovery was described as an 'absolute fluke', suggesting the camera crew stumbled upon the cheating rather than deliberately targeting it. The scandal, which occurred during a Test match in South Africa, had significant consequences for Australian cricket.
