How Jeremy Clarkson helped J.J. Spaun beat Rory McIlroy at the BMW Championship

J.J. Spaun won the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth on Sunday, beating Aaron Rai and Rory McIlroy by two shots to claim his seventh professional victory and first overseas title. His wife Melody carried a cardboard cut-out of British TV personality Jeremy Clarkson around the course, a nod to the couple's love of the show Clarkson's Farm and their tradition of holidaying in the Cotswolds. Clarkson's likeness subsequently appeared in the official winners' photographs alongside the trophy.
