Hungary to Host Final Boxing Qualifier for Los Angeles 2028 Olympics

Hungary has been selected by World Boxing to host the final global boxing qualification tournament for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, as announced by the Hungarian Boxing Association (MÖSZ) on Friday, July 31, 2026. The decision was approved by World Boxing's executive board. This marks the first time Hungary has hosted an Olympic boxing world qualifier.
