Hurricanes defeat Flyers in Game 3, on verge of Eastern Conference Final
The Carolina Hurricanes defeated the Philadelphia Flyers 4-1 in Game 3 of their second-round Stanley Cup Playoffs series at Xfinity Mobile Arena on Thursday, taking a 3-0 series lead. Jordan Staal and Andrei Svechnikov each contributed a goal and an assist, while Jalen Chatfield and Nikolaj Ehlers also scored for Carolina, with Frederik Andersen stopping 18 shots.
