Hürzeler tells Brighton fans: Have a beer, don't look at PL table

Brighton & Hove Albion defeated Crystal Palace 5-0 in the M23 derby on Sunday, with goals from Jaydee Canvot (own goal), Diego Gómez (a stunning halfway-line strike), Yasin Ayari, Charalampos Kostoulas, and Jack Hinshelwood. The result moved Brighton provisionally into second place in the Premier League, having accumulated 16 points from a possible 21 this season. Manager Fabian Hürzeler urged fans to celebrate but cautioned them not to get carried away by looking at the table.
