Idi Amin's grandson Aziz Abdul disqualified for headbutt at Commonwealth Games
Aziz Abdul, the 25-year-old grandson of former Ugandan dictator Idi Amin, was disqualified during his super-heavyweight boxing bout against England's Damar Thomas at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow after being penalised three times for fouls, including a headbutt in the third round. Following his disqualification, Abdul accused officials of racial bias, claiming English boxers were treated more leniently. Commonwealth Games chief Donald Rukare rejected the racism claims, stating that all athletes are treated fairly and that the disqualification was a legitimate field-of-play decision.
