Illini's Bielema jabs at CFP rankings: Would be top-15 team if we were in SEC

Illinois head coach Bret Bielema criticized the initial College Football Playoff rankings, claiming his team would be ranked in the top 15 if they competed in the SEC rather than the Big Ten. Bielema's comments reflect a broader frustration among Big Ten coaches who feel their conference is being undervalued in the CFP rankings. This marks the latest in a series of jabs from Big Ten representatives directed at the perceived favoritism shown toward SEC programs in the rankings.
