‘I’m just a different type’: Demi Vollering gears up for Tour de France Femmes tilt

Dutch cyclist Demi Vollering, 29, is considered the pragmatic favourite for the 2025 Tour de France Femmes, which begins in Lausanne on Saturday. The FDJ United-Suez team leader and first €1m athlete in women's cycling completed a grand slam of all three European Grand Tours this year, including winning the Giro. Vollering is seeking a second Tour de France Femmes title following Pauline Ferrand-Prévot's victory in the 2025 edition.
