Australia has launched the 'Impact Beyond' legacy programme with AUD$30 million in Australian Government funding to maximise the benefits of hosting back-to-back Rugby World Cups in 2027 (Men's) and 2029 (Women's). The programme was announced by Federal Minister for Sport Anika Wells and is split equally, with AUD$15 million allocated to Impact Beyond Australia and AUD$15 million to Impact Beyond Pasifika. The AUD$30 million legacy investment forms part of a broader AUD$90 million government support package for the two tournaments.
