Ingram announces retirement after 5 NHL seasons

Goalie Connor Ingram, 29, announced his retirement from the NHL on Friday after five seasons, having played 134 regular-season games for the Oilers, Predators, Coyotes, and Utah Hockey Club, posting a career 3.01 goals-against average and .901 save percentage. His most recent season saw him go 16-10-3 in 32 games for the Edmonton Oilers. Ingram previously won the Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy in 2023-24 after overcoming obsessive compulsive disorder and depression that had nearly forced him to retire in 2021.
