Inside Formula 1’s New Spanish Grand Prix Circuit

Madrid organizers held an unveiling event on Tuesday to showcase the Madring, the new 3.3-mile, 22-corner circuit that will host Formula 1's Spanish Grand Prix. The track features a notable high-speed section called La Monumental, which stretches approximately 1,805 feet (550 meters) at a maximum banking angle of 24 degrees and rises 39 feet in width. The layout is expected to be high-speed overall, though concerns have been raised about potential track limits issues at the Turn 1/2 complex.
