Irish National Track and Field Championships: Rhasidat Adeleke clinches Europeans spot with 200m win

Rhasidat Adeleke secured her spot at next month's European Athletics Championships by winning the 200m at the Irish National Track and Field Championships in Santry on Saturday. The 23-year-old clocked 22.80 seconds at Morton Stadium, surpassing the required qualification standard of 22.85, finishing ahead of Lauren Roy. Adeleke previously earned 400m silver at the 2024 European Athletics Championships in Rome.
