‘It’s really not a drama’: Carrick sticks to the script after Martínez storm

Manchester United manager Michael Carrick faced the media following a turbulent period that includes the club's worst league start since 1986, a Carabao Cup exit, and a Champions League defeat at Atlético Madrid. The crisis deepened when defender Lisandro Martínez publicly called out director of football Jason Wilcox, exposing internal tensions at the club. Carrick responded to questions calmly, downplaying the drama and attempting to project stability ahead of a difficult trip to Leeds.
