Jack Draper in tears amid injury concern during defeat to Terence Atmane on return to action in Montreal

Jack Draper was defeated by France's Terence Atmane 6-3 2-6 6-2 at the Canadian Open (National Bank Open) in Montreal, in what was his first match back since withdrawing from Wimbledon. The British player was visibly emotional and in tears as a long-term arm injury appeared to resurface and hamper his performance, particularly in the deciding third set. It was only Draper's sixth tournament appearance of the year.
