Jack Grealish absent from Everton squad again after disciplinary breach

Jack Grealish has been absent from Everton's squad for a second time following a disciplinary breach. He was left out of the team's Carabao Cup victory against Newcastle on Thursday as punishment for missing training without authorisation. The club has continued to exclude him from matchday squads as a result of the disciplinary matter.
