Jack Grealish left out of Everton squad again for Premier League trip to Newcastle

Jack Grealish has been left out of Everton's squad for the third successive game, as David Moyes's side travel to Newcastle in the Premier League on Monday night. The 31-year-old was initially dropped for disciplinary reasons — missing training without permission — ahead of Everton's Carabao Cup win last Thursday, and had also missed the previous Premier League defeat at Arsenal due to illness. Grealish has been left on Merseyside to work on his fitness rather than travel with the squad.
