Jackson Koivun to accept PGA TOUR membership, make pro debut at John Deere Classic

Jackson Koivun, the No. 1-ranked amateur in the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) and McCormack Award winner, has announced he is turning professional after three seasons at Auburn University, where he won two national championships. He secured his PGA TOUR card by finishing T4 at the 2025 NCAA Championship, earning enough points to meet the 20-point threshold in PGA TOUR University Accelerated. Koivun will play his final amateur event at the U.S. Open before making his professional debut at the John Deere Classic.
