Jake Burns prepping for post-rugby career

St. Helens RFC rugby player Jake Burns, aged 25, is preparing for a post-sport career in taxation and tax planning. He is close to completing his Level 4 Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification and, following a financial planning session at the club, has decided to focus on becoming a Chartered Tax Advisor. James Pendlebury from local firm Livesey Spottiswood has been providing mentoring to Burns and will continue to support him in the coming months.
