James, Guéhi and Rice miss England training

Reece James, Marc Guéhi, and Declan Rice all missed England's group training session on Wednesday in Kansas City, Missouri, ahead of Saturday's World Cup quarterfinal against Norway, instead completing individual training programmes. James has been struggling with hamstring soreness sustained after England's 0-0 draw with Ghana, while Jordan Henderson also sat out training as he recovers from arm surgery. England are already set to be without Jarell Quansah through suspension for the quarterfinal, adding further defensive concerns for manager Thomas Tuchel.
