Jannik Sinner breaks Djokovic record with 32nd consecutive Masters victory
World No 1 Jannik Sinner reached the semi-finals of the Italian Open on Thursday by defeating Andrey Rublev 6-2, 6-4 in straight sets. The victory gave Sinner 32 consecutive wins in ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, surpassing Novak Djokovic's previous record of 31 set in 2011. Sinner now has the chance to become the first Italian man to win the Rome event in 50 years.
