Janse van Rensburg fluffs chance on England debut in defeat against France

England XV were defeated 35-19 by France XV in a non-cap international played in Vannes. South Africa-born Bristol centre Benhard Janse van Rensburg came on in the 52nd minute on his England debut but fumbled what would have been a routine try, squandering England's last realistic chance to close a 28-12 deficit. France ran out conclusive winners by 16 points.
