Jaylen Brown traded from Boston Celtics to Philadelphia 76ers
The Boston Celtics have traded Jaylen Brown to the Philadelphia 76ers in a deal that sends Paul George, two first-round picks, and two second-round picks to Boston. Brown, the third overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, spent all 10 of his seasons with the Celtics, averaging 20.0 points and 5.5 rebounds per game, earning five All-Star selections and the 2024 NBA Finals MVP award. In the most recent season, with Jayson Tatum sidelined by a torn Achilles, Brown averaged a career-best 28.7 points per game before the trade was finalized.
