João Pedro snubbed by Brazil, Andrey Santos left off World Cup squad, too

Chelsea striker João Pedro, who has scored 15 Premier League goals this season (second only to Erling Haaland in non-penalty goals), has been snubbed from Brazil's World Cup squad. Andrey Santos was also left off the squad. Igor Thiago, who leads the league with 8 penalty goals and 14 total, earned a place in the Brazil squad instead.
