Job done - but England will not win World Cup unless they improve

England topped their World Cup group, securing progression to the knockout stage. However, BBC Sport's chief football writer Phil McNulty argues that their performances have not been convincing enough to suggest they can go on and win the tournament. McNulty warns that significant improvement will be required if England are to mount a serious challenge for the title.
