Jockey William Buick has been handed an eight-day ban after being found guilty of careless riding at Windsor racecourse on Monday evening. Buick, who rides for the Godolphin stable, was blamed for causing a horse to stumble during the fifth race at the meeting. The incident occurred when Buick finished second in the race, after which stewards ruled his riding was careless.
