Joe Dean claimed his maiden DP World Tour title at the Husqvarna British Masters hosted by Sir Nick Faldo at The Belfry, closing with a course-record-equalling nine-under-par 63 to win by three shots and finish at 14 under par. The Sheffield golfer made 11 birdies in 24 holes on Sunday, with closest challenger Marco Penge finishing with a bogey-bogey run to confirm Dean's victory. As a result, Dean became the first player to top the 2027 European Ryder Cup Points List, earning 250 points from the opening qualification event.
