Jon Rahm leaving LIV, dealing significant blow to bankrupt golf tour’s future - The Athletic

Jon Rahm is reportedly leaving LIV Golf, dealing a significant blow to the Saudi-backed tour that is already facing financial difficulties. Rahm, one of LIV's marquee signings, had joined the breakaway league in a high-profile move, and his departure underscores the growing instability surrounding the circuit. The exit of such a prominent player raises serious questions about LIV Golf's ability to retain top talent and sustain its long-term viability.
