Jon Rahm: Willing to take penalties for potential PGA Tour return

Two-time major champion Jon Rahm stated on Tuesday at the Abu Dhabi Aldar Championship that he is willing to accept the same penalties Brooks Koepka received to return to the PGA Tour after leaving LIV Golf. Rahm has not yet held discussions with the PGA Tour partly due to the recent birth of his fourth child, and he declined to participate in LIV Golf 2.0. If faced with a one-year suspension similar to that imposed on Patrick Reed and others, Rahm said he is prepared to compete on the DP World Tour in 2027 as a fallback option.
